At our office we offer FREE Running Groups for various levels presented and coached by Dr. Jennifer Murray – marathon runner, triathlete and Chiropractor. Dr. Jen is not only an experienced runner but is very familiar with proper learning and training techniques as well as injury prevention, stretching, nutrition and common “runners mistakes”. Learn To Run Programs are offered Spring and Fall on Monday evenings 7:15 pm – 8:00 pm and consist of 9 weeks of course work and training and finish with a 5 km Race Day! 10 km Running Groups are also offered with demand.
