Running is a fantastic, time efficient exercise that works your cardiovascular and muscular systems as well as helping your well being with positive thoughts and feelings of achievement. The important thing is to start CORRECTLY to avoid frustration and injury. Dr. Jen herself started running 10 years ago and has never looked back. She has run multiple half marathons and triathlons, a 70.3 Half Ironman Race, the Around the Bay 30 km Road Race and the Niagara Falls International Marathon (42.2 km). What better way to learn properly then from not only a runner but a Chiropractor sensitive to, and knowledgeable about, injury prevention?
