It is time to change the way you think - joining the gym, taking up running or eating healthier are not “resolutions”; they are steps you are taking to make a change in your life! You went January 1st and joined the gym – and have been once in the ensuing 14 days… Sit down with your calender for the next 2 weeks and map out gym time. Try a few classes and find one you like that fits in your schedule. Plan a meal schedule so you are not grabbing junk on the fly. Carry a water bottle with you all the time so you drink water and not a pop or coffee. These are all small steps that combine to make a healthier you!
